He is the Shadow Leader of West Berkshire Council leading the Conservative West Berkshire Council group focussing leading on Strategy & Communications; Finance and Corporate Services; Regeneration, Growth and Strategy Development. Ross is also the Honorary Treasurer for Reading West and Mid-Berkshire Association.
