Tonight, the Conservative-run West Berkshire Council approved its responsible but ambitious annual budget. Highlights include: £80m to improve local infrastructure, £52m for new and improved educational facilities & £12m to invest in leisure facilities. Conservative councils mean lower Council Tax and better services, and West Berkshire Council is a prime example of this.
